Shipping/Port Agency

This by implication is the effective and efficient interface with the NPA, Navy, Customs, Immigration and other government agencies to ensure a prompt berthing, discharge, loading and sailing of vessels.

Bunker Supplies

This means supplies of bunkers, lubricant and other related petroleum product to vessels on owner/chatterer's instruction.

Marine Support Services

Offshore Operation Support Services (i.e marine equipment leasing).

Other Ancillary Services

In addition to the aforementioned services, we do also P & I Correspondents, Chartering, Supercargo operations, Single Goods Declaration (SGD), Customers Clearing/Forwarding, Crew change, Hotel reservation.

Transparency and Accountability
on Port Agency Services

On receipt of nomination from our client, the Finance/Accounts Department opens in-house accounts (Naira & USD) for the client, and one of the Finance/Account officer - a trained shipping/finance analyst is assigned to manage the client's account. This is to enable us keep proper records of payments received from client on its vessel(s), send hard copy of NPA PROVISIONAL/FINAL BILLS AND NIMASA Debit notes and keep the client updated regularly.


A schedule for periodic reconciliation of accounts with the Finance/Account Department of the client shall be agreed. The essence of this is to enable the client have a clear picture of the performances of its vessel(s) and status of its Account with us. It would also offer the client a platform to appraise us and give it a sense of partnership and trust in the agency.
